Milagro jewelry is the place for fabulous art jewelry featuring semi-precious gemstones and sterling silver findings. Each piece features a traditional, rustic milagro charm from Mexico, used as a personal talisman for the wearer's safe keeping or to have wishes granted. Our artistically designed pieces are not only high quality, but each piece also has its own unique name and story coordinating with its milagro. Your piece will come specially tagged with our signature cards featuring your piece's name and story, completing the look for gift giving and personal remembrance. So, take a look through our collection and find the piece that speaks to you visually and tells you the story you have been waiting to hear.

They had been making jewelry for themselves and friends for several years. It was their discovery of Milagros and their friendship that inspired them to turn their passion for jewelry into a career. Kerry comes from a craftsman background and has incorporated these architectural influences into her designs, invoking feelings of home and comfort in her work. Rachel comes from a long line of artisans and art teachers. It was her mother’s collection of Milagros, passed on to Rachel, which began her intrigue and desire to incorporate these powerful symbols into her work.

Although our jewelry is very high quality, all beaded jewelry must be given care. Do not wear your jewelry while sleeping, bathing, or doing other water activities. Apply perfume and hairspray before putting on your pieces. If your pieces get caught on something, do not pull on them until they are free; carefully and gently remove the piece from whatever it is caught on. Gently swirling in a bowl of soapy water and then rinsing can clean beads.
Black Onyx — Black has been associated with regeneration and new beginnings. Black onyx is thought by some to have protective qualities, making it advantageous to carry when one is traveling. It is said to be useful in fighting basic fears and in helping to create the opportunity to move beyond bad relationships--and to heal old emotional wounds. The Romans associated it with courage and it is thought to be useful when one is defending him/herself against unfair criticism.
Garnet — Garnet has always been considered insurance for travelers against misfortune. Likewise, some believe that it is useful in warding off bad dreams and as protection from theft. The stone is thought to attract love and soul mates and to enhance creativity. It was said that Noah guided the ark by the light of a garnet lantern during the rain and darkness of the deluge. The stone was later used by travelers as a charm to ward off accidents and as an aid to safely find their way home. In Eastern Europe, garnets were worn to guard against vampires. The name comes from the Latin granum for "seed-like," as it was thought that red garnets resembled pomegranate seeds.  Garnet has been associated with the root, or red chakra; imbalances of which are said to be responsible for anxiety, irritable bowel and lack of energy.
Turquoise — Turquoise is said to attract prosperity and success, to have the power to influence creative powers, and to enhance the ability to communicate. The stone has long been prized as a powerful talisman with healing properties. It is said that turquoise can help balance the throat chakra (the blue chakra), increasing resistance to viruses and helping to relieve sore throats, lung infections and the affects of allergies.
